Progressive does have good customer service and seems to try to compete as best they can on every level with long standing companies.
- 10.Nationwide car insurance is well known for filing fast claims and taking care of the process right away. They could streamline customer service a bit better, but their rates are truly competitive with others. Their catchy marketing slogan “Nationwide is on your side” has helped to garner them a spot in the top ten.
